Active management of your property
- Completion of a comprehensive ingoing condition report signed by the property manager
- Detailed inspections completed twice a year
- We will provide you with a detailed condition report and a schedule of recommended routine maintenance after each inspection
- At the end of each tenancy we will again inspect your property and ensure that the tenant leaves the property in its original condition less fair wear or tear. We also advise you of any maintenance or renovation work that may be required
- Collection, receipting and remittance of the rent collected to your nominated account
