We give you your own Portfolio Manager, who carries out your periodic inspections and takes care of the maintenance at your property.
Communication
Your Portfolio Manager is available to you during normal office hours. Our Office Manager is available to you during normal office hours and on our after hours number at any time.
Email communications will be returned within one working day.
Leasing
Our team will market your property to achieve the highest possible return and the lowest possible vacancy rate.
Maintenance
We will confirm who is responsible for the repairs and make sure they are completed in a timely fashion if the costs are payable by the owner.
Rent Collection
We will use the most efficient systems available for rent collection and in the event that your tenant fails to pay rent on time, we will chase the arrears and inform you and your Solicitor if our efforts are unproductive.
Rent Monies
We will deposit your rent monies into your nominated account in a timely manner.
Property Outgoings
All agreed property outgoings will be paid on your behalf prior to the due date (subject to the availability of funds).
Privacy
All personal information will be held in the strictest confidence and will not be released to a third party without written consent.
Professional Standards
The highest standards of honesty, integrity and professional practice will be conducted in compliance with the Code of Conduct of the Real Estate Institute of Queensland.
Guarantee
If we fail to meet any of these standards the next months management of your property will be provided free of charge.
