Fully renovated in October 2026 and thoughtfully designed by an interior designer, the apartment brings together an absolute-waterfront setting and elegant, elevated coastal interiors. Natural stone, timber and terracotta accents add warmth and texture. Custom furnishings sit alongside sourced vintage and contemporary pieces, creating a welcoming space with its own distinctive character.

LIVING AND DINING

The light-filled, open-plan living and dining area flows onto your screened patio, with views across the pool to Noosa Sound and Noosa Hill. Relax indoors with a book or open the doors and enjoy the river breezes. A custom dining banquette makes meals together feel special, while the 55-inch Canvas smart TV is ready for a quiet night in using your streaming accounts.

THE KITCHEN

The completely new kitchen is as beautiful as it is practical, with stone benchtops, thoughtfully detailed cabinetry and premium appliances. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before the beach or dinner at home, you’ll have:

• An integrated Fisher & Paykel fridge/freezer with chilled water and an automatic ice maker

• An integrated Fisher & Paykel dishwasher

• A Bosch oven with built in microwave function

• A Bosch ceramic cooktop

• Nespresso coffee machine. Just remember to bring some extra pods (available from most supermarkets).

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS

Two bedrooms and two beautifully renovated bathrooms make the apartment a luxury and comfortable retreat for up to four guests.

• Main bedroom: queen bed and private ensuite

• Second bedroom: two single beds

• A separate second bathroom

Both bedrooms and the living room have reverse-cycle air conditioning, with ceiling fans throughout.

Linen is included (no pool or beach towels are provided).

LAUNDRY

A new Fisher & Paykel washing machine and heat-pump dryer make it easy to refresh clothes after a day outdoors or settle in for a longer stay. There's a complex washing line as well.

THE WATERFRONT

Your patio overlooks the shared complex pool and tranquil Noosa Sound, with direct access to the pool, gardens and river. Bring your own boat or stand-up paddleboard to launch from the beach or simply enjoy being by the water.
