Completely renovated to the highest standard with all new fixtures, appliances and coastal chic decor, the apartment opens onto a covered balcony with stunning views of trees, beach, lagoon and river. It is perfect for long lunches, an alternative to the nearby nationally recognised restaurants, or casual sundowners with friends.

On the top level, the main bedroom suite is your own private parents’ retreat, with a king bed, a desk with a wall-mounted TV, a walk-in robe and an ensuite. It opens onto an enormous balcony with exquisite water views and unique panoramic vistas across Quamby Place to the iconic Cooroy Mountain. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and a mirrored built-in wardrobe. The third bedroom, with two single beds, is on the first split level. The main bathroom has a walk-in shower, with a separate toilet just outside, and the laundry cupboard in the hallway holds a washer and dryer.

The living area, main bedroom and second bedroom are air-conditioned, and there are ceiling fans in all three bedrooms.

On the northerly side of the resort are two recently renovated heated swimming pools, a spa, sun terraces, a barbecue area and gardens, as well as the resort pontoon, a tennis court and views out across the river to the Noosa Spit.
