Located high above Hastings Street, Panorama 200 has some of the best views in Noosa, across Laguna Bay, Main Beach, the North Shore and the Hinterland. They seem to go on forever!

This 3-bedroom apartment is on the top floor of a complex of only 8 units, a short walk from Hastings Street and all the beaches Noosa is famous for. It can only be reached by stairs: either the 200 stairs from the complex straight down to Hastings Street, or a gentle access path at the rear of the building. The complex was renovated in 2011 and has a large pool and well-kept grounds.

The apartment is set over 2 levels. All the bedrooms are on the lower level, and the living areas are upstairs at the front of the complex. Upstairs, a large sunny balcony and a huge rooftop deck open off the main living area. The rooftop deck has a family-size BBQ, sun lounges and an outdoor living area. The apartment is tastefully furnished for holiday living.

The open-plan living area has a large-screen TV, DVD player, iPod docking station and free Wi-Fi. There is split-system air conditioning in the living area and all three bedrooms, plus a ceiling fan in the living room. The bedrooms have a king, a queen and 2 single beds, and all three have plantation shutters. A large balcony runs off the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

The master bedroom has its own ensuite. The main bathroom has a shower and vanity, and there is a separate toilet next to the third bedroom. A laundry cupboard next to the main bathroom holds a top-loading washer and a separate dryer.

The European kitchen has a Blanco dishwasher, a Miele cooktop and a Miele under-bench oven.

Panorama 200 has undercover parking for one car and storage cages for your surfboard and bike.

Our properties are fully self-contained, with full kitchens and laundries. Linen and bath towels are supplied and beds are made up. There’s also a starter kit of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, toilet paper and detergents to get you through your first night, and you can buy more at the local supermarkets. Check-in is from 2.00 pm and check-out is by 10.00 am.
