About the Role
You'll work as part of a small, high-performing holidays team where everyone is across everything. The focus is on business development, revenue management, and owner relationships, delivered collectively to a standard you'd expect from the best operations in the region. There is real scope for career growth for the right person as the business expands.
What You'll Bring
- 5 or more years of experience in holiday property management.
- Genuine local knowledge of the Noosa or Sunshine Coast market.
- A track record in business development, owner relationships, and revenue management.
- High standards, excellent communication, and a proactive mindset.
- Driver's licence required.
