Assistant Property Manager
We are seeking a confident, organised and service-driven Assistant Property Manager to join our growing team. Entry level career pathway with structured training.
At Utopia, property management is about more than rent collection and maintenance coordination. We view every property as a valuable asset and every client relationship as long-term. Our focus is on delivering exceptional service, protecting our clients’ investments, and continuously improving how property management is done.
We are looking for someone early in their career who is motivated to learn, enjoys solving problems, and wants to build a long-term career in real estate.
A Different Approach to Property Management
At Utopia, we think about property management differently.
We focus on the value of the assets we manage, not simply rent collection and maintenance coordination.
Across our portfolio, we manage nearly $2 billion in property, meaning each team is responsible for overseeing hundreds of millions of dollars in client assets.
This perspective shapes how we operate. Every decision, from tenant selection to maintenance planning, is made with the goal of protecting and enhancing the long-term value of the properties we manage.
For the right candidate, this role offers the opportunity to develop skills in real estate asset management, not just day-to-day property administration.

- Assisting with routine inspections and property reports
- Lease administration and compliance documentation

This role provides hands-on experience and structured training, allowing you to develop the practical skills required to progress into a Property Manager role managing your own portfolio.
You will be part of a fast-paced team environment where organisation, attention to detail, and clear communication are essential.

Team members who demonstrate capability and initiative can develop into roles across multiple areas of the business, including:
- Residential Property Management
